I very much enjoyed working for Jane. Her vast business experience was an asset to the company. She is an excellent facilitator in meetings and able to sum up trends and data to present the bottom line in an understandable fashion. She was very capable in overseeing the whole department of over 50 people; managing projects, holding vendors accountable and making sure all aspects of the work are properly staffed. Jane treated her reports fairly by taking an interest in them, encouraging growth by giving new opportunities and challenges, celebrating our successes, and listening to our concerns. She successfully advocated for upgrades in equipment and streamlining the work flow to make our jobs more efficient.
