  Writing and editing newsletters, press releases, policy papers, and op-eds; monitoring and testifying on government processes affecting the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta; policy research; documentary script workAt Restore the Delta, we are thrilled to have been honored with our 9th film festival wreath for the documentary Over Trouble Waters that we released last year. I wrote the script for this film directed by Russell Fisher of Media Creations and narrated by Ed Begley Jr. This documentary is is a fairly simple introduction to the complicated role of the Delta in California water policy and politics.
