  JULY 2013 - On-going - Provision circuits of SDH ELL, DLC, ISDN30 and DWDM services.- Co-ordinate between different party (Project Manager, Account Manager, Field Engineer etc) within the company to ensure delivery- SDH provisioning from receive of work order, provision the circuit, troubleshooting with field engineers and hand over to customer.DEC 1998 to July 2013 - Planning, designing, implementing and maintaining of a resilient and cost effective outside plant infrastructure; comprising mainly of pipelines, fiber optic cables and coaxial cables to support all StarHub lines of business.- Provides technical support and maintenance for all StarHub Fiber network (including Submarine Land Cables) and its associated infrastructure when there is a network fault or outage, to upkeep the network availability and QoS.- Other functions include handling external requests and implementing CATV connections for HDB, Commercial, Private Residential and Landed properties.- Perform pre-implementation survey activities and discussion with internal and external parties- Design and issue plans for pipeline construction and fiber cables installation- Liaise with building management for work approval and with contractors for the implementation - Identify key elements of a diversion project as requested by authorities / private developers and plan milestone, schedule and perform cost analysis for the project- Apply for necessary Network Change Request and discuss internally to ensure that scheduled maintenance works are executed smoothly without causing unplanned outages to existing services- Study and determine Fixed coverage rollout costs- Provide advice on fiber routing and diversity- Provide consultancy for Telecom facilities in meeting iDA COPIF- Ensure that network databases are updated at all stages: - Planning, implementation and completion; review regularly to ensure accuracy- Preparation of Monthly and adhoc report Show less
