  Jane is an honours graduate in Management and Administration and holds a postgraduate diploma in Systems Thinking and Practice. After a career with BP and GEC, where she specialised in industrial relations, Jane worked with many prominent blue chip companies and public sector organisations acquiring some 20 years of consulting experience, before founding lloydmasters in 1989. Jane leads on organisational development, culture change and performance management at project, team and organisation levels. Jane has led major change projects and strategic development with the boards of major organisations, including Vosper Thornycroft, Carillion, Balfour Beatty and Baker Tilley - and pioneered development work and new approaches to organisational learning and knowledge management. In recent years, Jane has been increasingly involved with clients seeking help on CSR (corporate social responsibility) and Sustainable Development issues. This has led to her developing a systems-based approach to these issues, a growing passion for such projects and working with organisations such as United Nations and it's agencies (e.g. UNDP, UNEP) the Brazilian Business Council, the WBCSD (World Business Council for Sustainable Development) and BP.
