  I have been with PEPworldwide since 1999. My considerable experience in coach education, trainer and teacher development, plus designing and delivering a wide variety of courses and programs provides an ideal background for supporting our clients improve their productivity. I am an accomplished, energetic and personable PEP facilitator and coach who delights in helping individuals, teams and senior executive staff improve their work habits, work organisation and effectiveness. In 2004 I gained international PEP experience by heading up the sales, marketing and delivery effort in British Columbia. In 2011 I was one of the recipients of the Tony D'Arcy Exceptional Performer Award within PEPworldwide Australia and NZ, in recognition of my commitment to 'go above and beyond' in supporting each PEP participant maximise the benefits they achieve from their PEP experience. In addition to my coaching and facilitation role I also manage PEPworldwide’s relationship with a number of Australian Public Sector agencies. I have been very successful in consolidating and extending our client base.

  Managed specific events, conferences and workshops aimed at building the public profile and consumer appeal of sport development programs implemented by the Australian Sports Commission. Managed the inaugural Ausport Awards, to recognise and showcase contributions in developing and strengthening the Australian sports system. Project managed the staging of the inaugural Our Sporting Future forum. A forum which examined contemporary issues in Australian sport and was considered to be the best sport conference conducted in the last 5 years.Managed the ASC’s investment and delivery responsibilities for a participation based national triathlon series for 7 to 13 year olds. This included stakeholder management, budget monitoring and contract management and undertaking a detailed program evaluation.Provided strategic advice to the Federal Minister for Sport and the ASC Executive and senior managers.

  Provided leadership in the implementation of the ASC’s Sport Networks program within the Australian sports industry. Developed relationships with a range of stakeholders including national and state sporting organisations, state and local government agencies, clubs and individuals to broker support for the sport networks program. Developed program policies, systems, databases and resources.Developed and implemented national sporting organisation (NSO) sport participation grant program. Reviewed, evaluated and made recommendations to senior management and ASC Board regarding NSO grant allocations. Audited NSO sport participation capabilities and needs then managed the provision of support and services delivered by ASC and external consultants.
