Assessed NH's readiness to respond to High Threat Infectious Diseases, such as Ebola Virus Disease (EVD) by developing and implementing a survey of NH’s 26 acute care hospitals. Performed data analysis and compiled results into a report that also included analysis of two additional data sources. Facilitated then evaluated two table-top exercises, respectively, designed to evaluate NH's current state of readiness. Developed After-Action Reports/Improvement Plans for both exercises. Show less
