Jane's passion, experience and drive for helping mums find their mojo is awe inspiring. She has supported thousands of parents to find confidence and purpose in the workplace, and I feel so grateful to be among those who have benefitted from her positive energy, expertise and continued determination. Successful Mums is pure magic. Keep going, Jane - you are making such a difference to so many!

I recently completed the confidence course with Successful Mums. It's been a really useful course. It's helped me develop a more positive mindset and has given me the motivation and confidence to start pursuing my career goals again. The course is full of practical tips for returning to work and I've enjoyed updating my computing skills. The staff have been very helpful and supportive, and it's been good to meet other people in a similar situation to me. I would highly recommend the course to anyone thinking about returning to work after a career break, it's been a really positive experience.

Successful Mums Career Academy is an award-winning training company for mums, offering fully funded career focused, back-to-work and business start-up training. Successful Mums was created in 2014, after seeing first-hand the barriers that mums faced returning to work. Spurred on by my background in coaching and training I embarked on a mission to give one hundred mums the lifeline they needed to get back to work. To date, we have supported over 7,000 mums to find flexible work around their families. At Successful Mums, we know that the biggest hurdles our learners face are confidence, career advice and childcare. We can help with all of these. In fact, 92% of our learners say our courses gave them the confidence they needed to take a leap forward in their career. As a team of mums, we understand the demands women face juggling work and family life and Successful Mums doesn’t just provide tailored career information, advice, and guidance, we help our learners find jobs that fit around their family and childcare. We know the majority aren’t looking for a 9am to 5pm job and we support them in finding the right job for their own personal situation. We rely on funding for our core courses which focus on supporting mums back to work or to turning a business idea into reality. This funding also supports other nationally accredited courses to help parents enhance their skill set and add a recognised and relevant qualification to their CV, such as Digital Skills and IT. At Successful Mums we have worked hard to carve out a niche business model that works. We believe having a baby shouldn’t mark the end of a career, instead it should signify the start of a new chapter. Show less
