Calculate target costs based on retail pricing and analysis of the target cost matrix built from vendor history. Negotiate with vendor/ factory to achieve costs and gross margin targets. Sample Management: Work with overseas teams to achieve on time delivery and fulfillment of samples. Track internal development timelines to ensure on-time delivery of all samples. Production Handoff: Present samples to showrooms with details regarding fabric, trim, strike-off, fit, and cost approval status.
