  In this position my responsibilities and duties were as follows: Recruited, trained, scheduled, recognized volunteers for a large congregation. Planned events such as Great Day of Service and Field Day for disabled adults. Marketed events and recruitment campaign. Wrote recruitment catalogs, entered volunteer data, and tracked participation. Wrote training guides about procedures and the important directions volunteers should follow. Recruited and trained group leaders by teaching classes.
