Key achievements include:- Implementation and on-going management of a choice-based lettings platform.- Introduction of an ‘Immediately Available Homes’ platform. - Alignment of team and processes and a comprehensive review of the Lettings Policy and Procedures to make more effective use of resources and consistency in service delivery. - Delivery of an Improvement Plan which led to significant reductions in the number of empty homes, reduction in rent loss and improved re-let times. - Development and delivery of a 3-day Independent Living Skills training course for young people transitioning from care.
