  Responsible for a couple of transformation projects over the last four years, one supporting the transformation of the WAN connectivity for our regions, agents and homeworker and the other transforming our telephony platform in both head office and our regions. The WAN projects had a combined budge of £2m and involved defining project approach, communications and management of the third party implementation.The telephony projects had budgets of £1.5m for head office and £3.5m for regions. Responsibly for project approach, requirements, contract negotiations, delivery, and implementation, governance, and stakeholder management. Delivery required the build of a complex infrastructure platform, definition and customisation of product for multiple end customer and delivery was through a multi vendor, multi national team.
