Few people have the opportunity to report to a General Manager who is also a coach but I did when I worked with Jane. I had the pleasure of working with her for a year at Rainmaking Loft. She was the General Manager and at that time I was Events & Office Coordinator. Jane has an active and dynamic approach to work and gets things done. I was particularly impressed by the way she leads and directs the team. She gave me the confidence and freedom to manage the Events side of the business like anyone did before. That skill often takes years to develop among people in management, but it seemed to come perfectly naturally to her.She also made sure our Friday morning started with an amazing breakfast with bagels and coffee. Talk about motivating a team! And, of course, she is a really positive person and a good listener. It was a treat to work with her. Jane would be a true asset for any position requiring leadership and efficiency and comes with my heartfelt recommendation.

I had the pleasure of working with Jane as part of the Rainmaking Loft and Tesco PLC corporate partnership. Together we created brand new initiatives that challenged the boundaries of a typical corporate and startup relationship. We created true value and unique benefits for all involved and thrived off the success of our work. Jane was a pleasure to work with, nothing was to much trouble. She always dealt with all situations in a logical, calm and professional manner. Jane is great at building relationships and creates a sense of community anywhere she goes. In summary, Jane is a superstar and I hope our paths cross again in the future.
