I work very closely with clients to discover what it is employees, candidates and past employees really value(d) about working for a particular organisation. We turn this into targetted employee value propositions with an overarching employer brand strategy. Together we develop meaningful communications (and images) that employees and potential employees relate to in order for them to feel more connected and engaged.
