  Asian Games 2018 was a pan-Asian multi-sport event held from 18 August to 2 September 2018. The Opening Ceremony and Closing Ceremony of Asian Games were enlivened by a bunch of delighted performances, such as; President Jokowi Performance, Traditional Dance, Music Performance by National and International Artist, Torch Relay by Athletes, etc. In these huge events, I got an opportunity to join the team as Guest Hospitality Team, my job desk was: 1. Preparing guest's needs and riders (foods, properties, holding rooms, practice rooms, makeup rooms, etc) 2. Coordinating schedule with Stage Management Team and Artist Management Team (rehearsal until performance) 3. Maintaining a good relationship with national and international guest 4. Coordinating a government national group performance schedule and rooms, such as; Tim Kepolisian Indonesia and TNI. Show less
