To mark retirement from Royal Naval Reserve and the 2017 Centenary year of women's service in the Royal Navy, undertook a solo anti-clockwise charity walk around the coast of mainland Britain. Started and finished at HMS Victory, Portsmouth, taking slightly longer than planned: final mileage was 5,495. The aim was to raise awareness and funds for two important Naval charities - the Women's Royal Naval Service Benevolent Trust and the Royal Navy and Royal Marines Charity.
