Jane was an incredible leader in the World Vision Australia office in Sydney and truly brought the team together. From the moment I walked into the office, she made me feel so welcome and you could see that she really was a key component of the culture and personality of the office. If I was ever in need of guidance on a policy matter or needed direction in regard to who to speak to, Jane knew the answer. Jane led the team through a very difficult phase and was always professional, compassionate and approachable. I would highly recommend Jane for a leadership role and would happily work with her again. She is an asset to any team.
