Handling the content and compliance aspect of the event, I was engaged in applying for the TEDx license, communicating with the various stakeholders and creating gripping content for all promotional communication. My work also majorly revolved around ensuring compliance with the TED guidelines and handling the registrations on the day of the event.

  As the part of the student team who organised two editions of TEDxRAPodarCollege in April 2021 and February 2022, handled end-to-end planning and execution of the events in a hybrid format, from licensing to the upload of videos on TED.com. With the pandemic, both events had to be conducted in a hybrid format, with pre recorded talks being… Show more As the part of the student team who organised two editions of TEDxRAPodarCollege in April 2021 and February 2022, handled end-to-end planning and execution of the events in a hybrid format, from licensing to the upload of videos on TED.com. As the Chief Curator, played an active role in research and curation of 6 TEDx talks by interacted directly with the speakers and training them. With the pandemic, both events had to be conducted in a hybrid format, with pre recorded talks being streamed live to an audience over Zoom taking special care of the COVID-19 precautions and guidelines. Handled the logistics and technicalities of the same by working with the videographers and the team to put up not one, but two seamless editions. Show less
