I was quite lucky to have a genuine, dedicated and smart team member in my team as Janakiraman. It was truly a joy working with him for almost 3 years in Regen Powertech, collaborating on several HR projects. What stands out when I think about Janaki is his calm demeanour, commitment to timelines, trustworthiness, constant curiosity to learn new things, focus and willingness to take up additional responsibility, always with a smile. He had supported me in Talent Acquisition, HR Automation, Performance Management, HR Audit and L& D. Over a period of time, he grew up to handling Compensation & Benefits independently.
