   Ability to ascertain requirements of material and preparing/repairing, storage & machining of tools for development activities in the Tool Room. Ability to develop tools based on tool assembly and part drawings using Auto cad. Prototype development and testing the product for desired functionality &performance. Set up, adjust, and operate all the basic machine tools and specialized/advanced variation tools to perform precision machining operations. Hands on exposure in maintenance of jigs& fixtures, special tools and dies. Align and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials onto the machine. Trouble shooting during production, implementing correction per customer feedback and changes in tools/dies/fixtures with tight machining tolerances. Continuously checking/updating tool life monitoring sheet to assure long tool life. Calculate dimensions and tolerances using knowledge of mathematics and quality instruments. Inspecting machines for its qualification and fine-tuning in a periodic/scheduled way. Knowledge sharing to inter teams on handling various measuring instruments/equipment’s as a part of supporting quality team/requirements. Basic knowledge in hydraulic and pneumatic and heat treatment process.
