I've sadly not had a long time together with Jana, but instantly I saw which huge potential she had. See has a impressive way of communicating with other people, which leads to good relationship not only with her co-workers but also costumers. Jana is very eager to learn and does not fear to implement and try out things in practical use, what she has learn in theory! Several times during the time I had together with her, she impressed me with her ability to take new gained knowledge and use it in her everyday work. She has huge potential in the salesworld, that is for sure. She is a hunter and has an incredible stamina, when it comes to not giving up! I'm very impressed of Jana, she basically build the DACH Market all by her self until now. I would absolutely recommend Jana!

Jana is one of the most resilient and talented people I have worked with. She came into Famly at a time where the sales job was more like Business Development, but with very limited support. An extremely hard task generally occupied by more senior people. In Jana’s case she made it work and grinded hard and kept improving every day. She even managed to open a whole new market for us while battling with the main market. On top of that she is a great report builder, colleague and passionate about learning new things. And absolute star in the making. I am proud to have played a small role in her development, and I can only imagine how far she can go. Very high recommendations.
