-To provide IP Transit, MPLS/VPN provision to internal and external customer such as VoIP and IPX connection with carrier -Build and upgrade POPs on time to fulfill needs. Support for expansion of CMCC international exits. Manage implementation of network engineering projects to ensure projects are completed on time as planned. -Manage traffic utilization of IP backbone links, balance cost and service quaility.
