Working on my Project and writing on my Diploma thesis.Scope of my project was the comparison of some insulin analogues in focus on their influence on metabolism and gene expression. I did WB, qPCR, glucose uptake experiments, differentiation and proliferation assays on 3T3-L1 and WPMY-1 cell lines.
