I worked under the supervision and in cooperation with the President of the court. I was acquainted with the structure of the court, work of various panels in accordance with the Work Schedule, administration of the court and division of labor among court officials judges and assistants. I studied very interesting court files and visited several various proceedings (including criminal). By the end of the internship, I had the chance to write my own judgement (reasoning and verdict). My everyday activity subsisted in legal and administrative support of our legal team. Most of the time, I have provided them with legal research on various legal topics, constantly checked recent changes in legislation, prepared legal documents (PoA, waivers, provisions in all kinds of contracts and other agreements, official formulars to Land Cadastre, Commercial Register etc.), communicated with public bodies and courts, provided support before and during closing and signing with clients, translated documents in English into Czech and vice versa and occasionally handled delivery of documentation.
