I had one of the greatest experiences working with Jan as a leader and business professional. His sharp complex thinking ensured precision of both individual projects and the overall strategy and direction. I never experienced a time when Jan would be out of ideas or time when he would not support ideas of others. This is a really fascinating trait that keeps me constantly amazed and inspired. As a manager, Jan was gifted with very unique abbility - he is able to see even a hidden potential within an employee and he ensured that the potential will not be wasted. I was truly lucky to withness Jan as a manager with such a respect that was both given to him and by him. He himself built a loyal team that was willing to go that extra mile. And this willingness was reciprocal. Anyone would be lucky to have him not only as a manager but mainly as a creative human being willing to get company's strategy to the next level. I truly hope that I will some day work with Jan again, because I am sure that people like Jan are especially in strategy and project developlment areas rare as hens' teeth.
