Alexandra Ardelean
Jan is an amazing professional, not only a tech enthusiast, but also an evangelist for productivity tools. While working together on streamlining the Sales-Delivery part of the Customer Journey at Monterail, Jan has suggested great improvements to the existing Staffing-process that our departments shared together; later on he followed up and he assisted my team in starting to use Pipedrive native and customised functionalities, which helped up slash down the staffing processing time to only 48h. This was only one of the core-processes that Jan facilitated, another key process for my team was to find a solution to manage the growing network of Vendors and Technology Partners. Also using a Pipedrive customisation, I started to introduce KPIs for the whole lifecycle of Vendor management - from the first touchpoint, to managing existing ongoing partnerships with over 20FTEs monthly of subcontracted tasks. All in all, it's always a pleasure to work Jan - he is a true team player, that is goal oriented, but always finds the right way to also lift-up the motivational spirit.
