Jan and I worked together at Sasol Synfuels. He has the ability to make an impact and get the job done without any adverse interpersonal fallout. He is able to achieve exceptional output and performance due to a number of factors, principally his ability to concentrate his energy and apply his intellect and experience. this is assisted by his keen interest in the strategic focus of the business or function he is serving. Jan always delivered his work on time and beyond expectation. as a result he is still spoken of with admiration amoungst colleagues and senior management with whom he worked many years ago. this in itself speaks volumes. He is an asset to any organisation.
