I had a chance to work with Jan for two years being together in Morpht’s team. Jan is a skilled Drupal 8 and Drupal 7 Themer and Site Builder. He’s very comfortable with CSS / Sass, Fonts, images and responsiveness and he has a good understanding of Drupal concepts (nodes, blocks, regions, etc.), Twig template engine and he’s capable of handling JavaScript code. While working at Morpht he has stepped up and improved his PHP skills bit by bit, touching Drupal Backend more and more often, implementing hooks, plugins and manually changing, patching and merging Drupal 8 Configs from project to project, performing Drupal security / standard updates and contrib updates as part of the regular team effort. Since I met Honza, he has improved his spoken English significantly, speaking with native speakers on a daily basis. He’s a teamwork player and knows what it means to work under pressure.
