Jan is a passionate designer who cares deeply about player experience while also striving to maximize business impact. He has a good eye for details and is able to craft thoughtful UX solutions for big features as well as limited time events and sales. He is also data driven and uses data analysis to gauge the effectiveness of his design. Jan was the lead of the UX design team when I was working with him. He brought in a lot of improvements to the UX team in his lead capacity while also being a good coach and mentor for the other designers in his team. Very approachable and a great team player, he's an asset in any team.

I have worked with Jan for more than a year in Playstudios, and I have never had more fun. Jan is very experienced in the game industry and his knowledge in games are extremely deep. He was able to juggle between several complex feature design and always managed to deliver works with top quality. He is also very proactive in providing useful feedback for other design works that was done by other team members. He also demonstrated some leader quality, by constantly bringing the design team together and cross review our works, and when a member in the team is in trouble he will jump right in to provide a helping hand. Jan is a great designer with great personality, and I would recommend him to any company of the gaming industry.
