My areas is purchase, logistics, IT and Warehouse management. Responsible for purchasing of all components to the production and trading products in Norway. Responsible for contracts and agreements with suppliers for critical components in many different countries. Negotiation with suppliers and survey of the market. Gather all documentation according to RoHS and required for approvals. Responsible of transport to customers. Negotiating contracts with transport companies. Analysing transport cost and ways to find the best way and most cost effective way to handle the transport. We have transports to many locations in both Scandinavia and locations in Europe. The transport is B2B. We have three warehouses in different countries. All warehouses need to have the right amount and stock at all time and also the right solutions for both personal and transport. Responsible for projects related to both the ERP system and the web page. In charge of a project with implanting of a location system for both the warehouse and the production in Lithuania, Sweden and Norway. Show less
