Jan is an exceptional Employment Advisor who progresses his clients where others may fail to do so successfully. He utilises his many years experience in the field of Welfare to work and his knowledge is second to none. Jan proved this when he stepped up to Lead advisor on a secondment basis, where he managed a team of 12 advisors, giving valuable feedback and leading by example. I am so pleased I have been able to work with Jan for the past 3 years, and am especially grateful for the help and support he gave me as my Mentor when I first started at Ingeus.

Jan is a dedicated colleague and a true professional. It has been my privilege to work with Jan for over three years and during this time he has been constant source of support and expert knowledge within the Welfare to Work sector. His client work is exceptional. He provides a safe space for clients to discuss their personal challenges and goals whilst expertly facilitating them to build their confidence and skills. His record on supporting clients into work speaks for itself. As Lead Advisor Jan was skilled, knowledgeable and approachable. Always offering support and advice to colleagues when needed. He is a valuable asset to the company and a key player in the success of the team.
