  Trainee that gave me the opportunity to work in different areas of Mediterranean Shipping Company, on different areas including the operations department, documentation, import and export as well as the agencies of Concepción and Valparaiso, and to finish with 6 intensive months in the Claims Department, where I extended my knowledge in the area of transport claims, interacting with customers and claimants, analyzing, negotiating and resolving cases for the shipping company. Trainee que me dio la oportunidad de trabajar en las distintas áreas de Mediterranean Shipping Company, pasando por el departamento de operaciones, documentación, importación y exportación además de las agencias de Concepción y Valparaíso, para luego terminar 6 meses intensivos en el Departamento de Reclamos, lugar donde pude profundizar mis conocimientos en el area de reclamos de transporte, interactuando con clientes y reclamantes, analizando, negociando y resolviendo casos para la empresa naviera.
