It was a pleasure working with Jan Jaap because he has some unique qualities that I appreciated a lot: he doesn't mind being a pioneer, he'll open doors & create opportunities and bring back the information that you need as an executive to take a funded decision. Furthermore he's eager, he listens to advice and is continuously looking on how to improve on what he is working. Motivation and drive comes natural to Jan Jaap because his glass is definetly always half full rather than half empty. Bottomline a great guy with a great sense of humor and lot's of drive = a perfect business development manager.

P&L responsible for this new segment of schools, negotiation, first projects, ... Created a plan off attack to build new turnover and made the first steps at the highest level with the gouvernment as well top down, as well direct contact with schools bottom up. Delivered a full business case with existing portfolio of products and created a pathway for future business with innovative products for Belgium and beyond.
