Starting up Ekologiska säljbolaget(Organic Sales company) One of the first organic sales company in Europe, I had the responsibility of setting up the complete organisation. I was in charge of sales budget, market strategies and market analysis, CRM systems and recruiting and running our sales team of 15 people. My job was to find the right working partners for our clients in the organic and Fairtrade market. Introducing producers of organic and Fairtrade product with new markets and connecting them with big organisations. Some of the producers I worked with were Saltå kvarn and Urtekram. My responsibility was to work with strategies and analys new markets in the organic and Fairtrade sector. I have through this work built a large network in retail market, service sector and business to business, some of the companies I have worked with on this are ICA, Coop, Axfood and Bergendahls.
