During my twenty years at IBM, I have acquired experience in several IT domains. I started my career as a support engineer and through different infrastructure projects, became an IT Specialist on server-based computing with in-depth knowledge of Microsoft, VMWare and especially the Citrix product range. After years of experience as an IT specialist, I adopted the IT architect profession and am currently Associate Certified Architect. In IBM, I had the opportunity to work on infrastructure delivery projects in several small or large teams of engineers and architects. I am a true team-player. I have strong analytical and leadership skills and can fit seamlessly in several different project roles. I can motivate and guide my fellow team-members towards successful solutions with a strong focus on customer requirements. I was chief architect on a major Benelux data center cloud migration and consolidation project. I lead a design authority team of eight infrastructure domain architects. This project dealt with the migration of 9 IBM Benelux datacenters into 2 newly built strategic datacenters for over 30 customers.
