Responsibilities include running discussion sessions, running Supplementary Instruction sessions, grading assignments, and coming up with extra problem sets/quizzes.And general counselor responsibilities were for me to stay with the students at all hours of the day, taking them to various workshops and research presentations, guiding them in team building activities and leadership training, as well as managing conflicts between them when they arose.
