       Responsible to arrange PM, starts from Plan and execute procurement of finish goods from vendors to facilitate production & ensure product delivered to customer;  Creating & maintaining PR in ERP- Oracle as planned requirement; plans are based on 3 month rolling sales forecast provided by export marketing team;  Defining timelines and MOQs for customized Export Job orders & new products, working with extended stakeholders to make sure starting from procurement till the delivery of stocks to customers are done as per the timelines agreed;  Arrange RFQ’s make QCF and Negotiate with the vendors and Co-packers and evaluating them on continuous basis;  Responsible for raising PO in the ERP-Oracle after finalizing vendor & rates with HOD;  Planning as per the targets specified (customized job orders) by the Export dept to execute the Shipment on time throughout the year;  Frequent visits to the vendors' and co-packers' location to monitor all activities of packaging material so as to avoid any future hindrances to the customers;  Send weekly deliveries schedule, Follow up and tracking of PM to ensure arrangement of all Material without any interruption in supplies to ensure avoidance of stock out and possible changes in Production Schedules to overcome the same;  To ensure timely Processing of Export Orders and assurance of availability of required material within stipulated timelines as required by Export Department to ensure timely Production and Export of company’s Products to Foreign Markets;  Independent Maintenance of adequate stock levels and re-ordering of stocks to ensure availability of required quantities of Material and Safety Stocks thereof in line with Management’s guidelines to avoid Stock outs;  Working with R&D and Vendors to develop innovative suggestions, help them built quality products through continuous improvements;  Prepare quarterly purchase budget of each SKU;  Inventory control & maintaining pipeline control files in MS Excel; Show less
