  Throughout my time working at Dominos Pizza, it has allowed me to gain a number of necessary skills to continue through life: - I have developed more confidence regarding being face with difficult situations and i have gained the ability to quickly improvise and act effectively and accordingly in many situations. - Working in the food industry isn't a solo event, you must learn to effectively work with all types of people, some of which you may not completely get along with, but must all work together in order to succeed. Through my time working at dominos i have learnt the importance of teamwork, which is a vital skill for any job. furthermore, through being employed at dominos for a couple years now and climbing my way up to becoming a store manager i have been able to learn more or a leadership role and have therefore developed a number of leadership traits as at work i have to be in control of a number of people at any given time. - Due to the hectic environment experienced within the store, i have learned to manage multiple tasks at once, allowing me to successfully multitask while still maintaining my efficiency.   Through my time being a referee in our local soccer competition it allowed my to gain a number of skills including: - Excellent communication and people skills having to deal with players, coaches and parents on a weekly basis. - A form of self-confidence as you are in control of the game and you must be confident in your decision making. - Observational skills is an obvious one as you have to visually see everything that happens in order to have complete control over the game and to keep it continuously successfully flowing.
