      After working in Customer Service for two years, I was promoted to the Order Management Department. In the Order Management Department I helped customers transfer their home telephone numbers to Comcast from their previous providers. I assisted in the transfer by making sure the allotted time to activate the number was not surpassed and that customers never lost the ability to use their service during the transfer.
