As Project Manager my role was to work with employers and GP in order to promote the project and ensure access and advice regarding interventions and/or actions, which could facilitate a return to work;, Signposting to other services for support which fell into one or more of three groups, Health related issues, Workplace issues and work place assessments; and Non health-related issues. Case management for those employees with complex needs.
