  I was appointed as Planning & Cost Control Engineer at Cargo Warehouse Project in Queen Alia Airport. The project consists of Construction, Completion, Maintenance and Handling over of the Aviation Handling Services Cargo Warehouse Project, located in Queen Alia International Airport, Amman Jordan, complete with Infrastructure and site works. The approximate project area is 7345.19m2 for main building and 86.57m2 for service buildings at site on 8000m2 Plot area. 1 - Preparation of the overall detailed schedule of work, by referring to the packaging strategy set by the top management with loading resources, manpower histograms and cash flow (Target Schedule). 2 - Performs productivity analysis of construction operations and verifies results by staffing and crew analysis of work operation by craft in conjunction with the Cost Engineers. 3 - Establishes productivity basis to be utilized in estimates as developed with concurrence of Construction . 4 - Preparing the required shop drawing, material submittals and Procurement schedules 5 - Specify the Critical path in the project using Primavera software P6. 6 - Provide the Contract basic management, Engineering, Procurement and Construction, Pre-Commissioning assistance planning and schedule control guidelines 7 - Liaise and assist Lead Construction Manager, Site Engineer, and Site Foreman in the preparation and monitoring of short-term programmers. 8 - Updating the detailed time schedule plans for awarded projects and marking recovery 9 - Complete network update is being performed on a bi-weekly basis to produce biweekly and monthly reports to the Client and company management, in which a forecast for the final costs for the Completion date are being presented. 10 - Daily Site Visit / collecting site data. 11 - Distribute two week look ahead to concern parties. 12 - Monitor the site to be on the target schedule without late. 13 - Cost Reports such as compute the actual productivity and update on the budget Show less
