Jamie Shek worked for us over several months in 2008, on a strategic interaction design project. Jamie quickly came to grips with the project and was able to successfully work through the different, sometimes competing, elements of the development process. He consistently produced work of a high standard, which meet or exceed the design specifications. I was particularly impressed by Jamie’s ability to fit into the project team and work with software engineers, other designers and usability personnel. I would recommend Jamie for any further IMD role, as he proved to be an able, competent designer who excelled in this position at NCR.

My job was to design an interface to help increase the success rate of the fingerprint device. My job was to explore a range of different ideas then test and compare the new methods to determine which worked well.
