At Proven Energy, I am tasked with assisting the Operations Manager in scheduling multiple crews for solar & electrical installations. I soon progressed on to managing my own team for residential & some commercial installations. A day at Proven Energy would consist of communication with teams & managers, scheduling, managing inventory levels, quoting & sales, procuring new leads, site visits, record keeping & troubleshooting any difficulties that may arise. Every moment in this role is consumed by the before-mentioned tasks & day to day operational aspects of the business.

At Fodder Solutions I held the positions of Inventory Manager, WHS Coordinator and I was also one of the lead fabricators for the production line. This role relied heavily on a team ability to meet deadlines. We achieved KPI’s and met deadlines through effective communication strategies and setting realistic goals for the day, week and month. I was also tasked with keeping relevant and up to date knowledge on trends related to work health and safety and management strategies.
