Jamie made every project team more productive, thoughtful, and informed. As a program manager juggling many competing interests and priorities, she displayed superb interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, and her ceaseless optimism always made setbacks and obstacles seem like molehills instead of mountains. Organized and creative, Jamie made a massive difference in the way we approached utility programs and processes and the work she did with ENGIE will have a lasting positive impact on our business in the years to come. An exceptional generalist, I know that Jamie will be an immense value-add to any role, industry, or mission.

Barbara Ayotte, MBA, CEM

Jamie is an expert of the utility programs that she manages. Jamie has proven to be a successful manager and trainer of people. She took on the additional responsibility of training a new employee in his role as Program Manager, resulting in him coming up to speed extremely quickly, while she also managed the majority of team tasks for the year. Additionally, Jamie managed transitioning coop students (two on their way out and two on their way in for 6-month internships) to assist in the shortest turnaround of a specific customer project in ESUS history. Jamie has a positive attitude and is a team player not only within the channel partner team, but within the ESUS team. Her external customers communicate that she is a pleasure to work with. She has exceptional written communication skills, has proven her ability to successfully work independently, multi-task and manage multiple priorities. She is ambitious and self-motivated. She is a pleasure to have on the Channel Partner team.
