      Recruited by my ex Regional Director from AndersElite who had joined nine months earlier as UK Operations Director for Reed Property and Construction division. I was offered an exciting opportunity to launch a brand new office from scratch in Southampton with initially budget of six staff members & personally grew this office to twelve staff in this Southampton office. The Southampton office remit was all national and international Ministry of Defence (MoD) orientated recruitment, containing all the verticals within the Built Environment, Construction, Structural, Civil, Water & Building Services Engineering industries. Recruiting for global & national consulting engineers & main/sub contractors working on defence contracts I personally recruited on Defence contract in the South East geographical which has the greatest concentration of military camps, land & buildings portfolio. I also had full P&L and authorisation level to take on new staff and purchase office additions such as office advertising/candidate resourcing strategies.
