  Made daily sales goals and logged all sales on daily sales sheet, customer service, inventory training and execution of taking inventory, stocked drawers and stockroom, informed customers of the benefits of a Macys Loyalty Card, called customers and sent out postcards to inform them of special offers, successfully organized holiday event for the cosmetic counters in Macys and helped manage the event, completed magic training (customer service training).

  Managed a team of recovery associates throughout the Christmas holiday. Over saw the store recovery and delegated work based on what needed to be done, helped associates with recovery in times of need. Lead some morning meetings informing employees of the previous days sales, overall sales goal and loyalty goal. On occasion solved customer issues with dignity and professionalism but also following the policies that are given.
