I couldn't recommend Jamie highly enough as a boss. I reported to Jamie for 3 years, and in that time Jamie proved himself to be a very positive mentor, whilst being fair but also showing strong direction. I always knew where I stood, and although firm I always found Jamie to be very approachable. A difficult balance that leaders often don't achieve. I can honestly say I miss working with Jamie, and I hope our paths cross professionally in the future.
