Jamie's attention to detail is parallel to no other. When I needed assistance regardless whether it fell under Jamie's job description or someone else's she was always eager to help. Many times she assisted me with computer and system issues that she could have easily directed me to contact the help desk for resolution but instead of sending people away, Jamie was customer focused both internally and externally.
