  It was a part time job whilst I was doing my A-Levels to start with. I started on the replenishment team in which I had to make sure that stock was being put out on the shelves to keep up with the demand. Also, ensuring that the stock is being put out in the right place. On many of occasions, I was asked to take control of the team whilst managers were in meetings etc. I had to use my initiative and delegate jobs to the rest of my team. I then finished my A-Levels and moved onto the shop floor team in which my job role everyday was to ensure that store standards are to the highest possible standard.
