Jamie worked within the 4MUK team which reported into me. She was a great asset to the team as a highly motivated and enthusiastic member. Her capacity to learn from others and teach herself new skills within the work place shows her drive and determination to do her job to the highest level. She adapted to challenging working environments and worked above her job tile. I would highly recommend Jamie and employ her within my team again. She is quite simply, an outstanding individual.

Jamie was an outstanding employee and one of the most respected, dedicated and hardworking people I have ever worked with. Jamie was always willing to help others in the team while also managing her own workload and projects. Jamie is extremely organised and always followed the process and systems used by the team. Jamie had such a lovey manner with everyone she met and was for good reason was very well liked by colleges, management, fellow team members, service providers and our tenants. The relatioanships she formed with everyone often proved valuable when Jamie had a number of different roles with in the marketing and events team and was the lead event manager on large scale events held over a number of days. Being passionate about her work was never a problem for Jamie and she was always willing to learn and was always self-motivated to grow both personally and professionally. Jamie had the responsibility of managing staff and her team grew significantly with various events. I can not recommend Jamie highly enough and would not hesitate to have her back on my team any time. Sarah Hull Marketing Director Cooper and Company New Zealand

My role within 4MUK was predominantly working across their Muskathlon portfolio. A Muskathlon is an ultimate endurance event set in places around the world suffering extreme injustice. Currently, IMS offers races in Guatemala, Kenya, Nepal and Malawi and partners with local charities in country. I volunteered my time in Kenya to help organise a Muskathlon for 4MUK. Following my month in the country, I was offered a role managing fundraising and the customer journey. I worked across several shows during my time at Fresh Montgomery - an award-winning exhibition organiser for the food, drink, retail and hospitality industries. During this time, I worked within a team to successfully execute Hotelympia, the UK’s largest foodservice and hospitality trade show and the company’s most profitable event in their portfolio.
