  Guardsman. Three years as a Physical training instructor after graduating from the Army school of physical training. Regular public ceremonial duties such as trooping the Colour, changing of the guard at the royal palaces in London and Windsor. Training exercises and pre-deployment tours of Kenya, Germany, Falkland Islands, Cyprus. I competed a seven month operational tour of the Helmand Province in Afghanistan. Guardsman.
